On day 1 of the #wendieplan I decided to try a new recipe, because I had the extra points! 😆 These Chocolate Chip Muffins are delicious, my husband and toddler approve too! 🤤 #2SP Each!
2 cups @kodiakcakes chocolate chip flavor
3/8 Cup Truvia Brown Sugar
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1. Preheat the oven to 425°
2. Spray Muffin tin with cooking spray
3. Mash Banana
4. Add all ingredients in one bowl and Mix.
5. Fill each Muffin 3/8 full.
6. Bake for 18 minutes at 425°
I made 17 muffins 1 for 2SP, 2 for 4SP, 3 for 6SP
*I added some Smucker’s Sugar Free Caramel Sauce (the amount I Added did not add points to the muffins) and salt to some* 🤤
